  • On-call hourly support: Don't want to sign a contract? No problem, just call us when you need us. No minimums. On site or remote support usually within 8 business hours, subject to technician availability.
  • Service level agreements (SLA's): We offer three different levels of annual support contracts, with hourly pricing as low as $80/hr and a 4 hour monthly minimum of preventative maintenance. Pricing is based on business hour response time, which is how quickly you'll need support when you call us.
  • Emergency support: Service requested outside of normal business hours, or when you need us there quicker than your SLA usually allows for.
